Annette Filler has over 15 year’s of experience working in advertising, direct marketing
and marketing communications. She began her career at Ogilvy & Mather Direct. Since
then she has worked for several financial services companies and non-for-profits in a
variety of progressive roles. Throughout her career she has had a first hand look at the
inner workings of a number of companies.

Bruce is a highly respected business advisor with a focus on helping senior leaders

M&A and strategic acumen with entrepreneurial ingenuity and resourcefulness.

Prior to 2002, Bruce held the position of Vice President and General Manager at Kraft
Canada. During his 25 year tenure at Kraft, he led a $1.5 billion stable of retail brands
to sustained double-digit growth, and more than $300 million in new product and
service revenue. Within the Mergers & Acquisition arena, Bruce has led over $2 Billion
in acquisitions and divestitures. These transactions included some of the best known brands in North America including Nabisco, Nabob, Catelli, Aylmer, Del Monte and Primo.
Bruce is the author of “Fog Lights: Piercing the Fog of Everyday Business” which was published in June 2008.
