Martin Kingston
President
Martin founded Martin Kingston & Associates in 2001, culminating over twenty-
five years working in the Marketing and Advertising field. Learning from this
experience, he discovered that what these fast growing organizations needed
was someone to find qualified employees, freeing the managers to focus on
what they do best . . . . operating and building their company.

Martin’s practice while general in principal, concentrates on the Marketing Services and Consumer Focused sectors. He has a
particular wealth of experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods), Consumer Durables, Retail and Service Industries including
Media, Advertising, Promotion, Public Relations, Creative and Design. Martin brings significant knowledge in understanding these
businesses and a proven track record in identifying superior talent. His extensive search experience in these sectors has been
primarily focused in Marketing, Operations, Finance and Sales.
Over the years, Martin has worked for, serviced or conducted search mandates for virtually all functional areas and industry sectors.
Selected past clients have included many of the Fortune 500 through to smaller, entrepreneurial businesses. He has established a track
record of successful placements including numerous impact hires from Manager to C.E.O., as well as the senior and mid-level operating
and staff positions that support these roles.
In the battle raging for top talent, Martin brings extensive experience in attracting and negotiating with the finest caliber of candidates.
To the search for today’s and tomorrows leaders, he brings proactive talent recruitment techniques, investigative research, creative web-mining
